Which part was burned exactly? If it's some kind of Power issue, repair could be relatively easy and cheap.

But if GPU solders GoT cracked, it needs a Special machine called BGA rework station, which many service don't have.

It probably needs a motherboard replacement OR a chip on the mobo got fried. You have any tools for that? And also how did this all happen? How did it even burn in the first place? Did your sis try to overvolt it or something
