Why is English not spoken on Technopat Social?

As you can see from this thread, people are using this section just for fun while it's meant to help members accross other countries. So people decide not to use this section at all to avoid the unfunny jokes.
 
They can understand, but they can't talk. Cause of it they are not talking english. It's like this in the whole country.
 
Do not write in Turkish in this section.

If we come to the subject, the reason is explained in the introduction of the subject.

 
Don't you know that everyone in Turkey knows English as their mother tongue, but they do not prefer to talk in English. Besides, they're 1.90 in height and they make 15k money in a month.
 
People prefer to say their thoughts in the mother tongue.
