Windows 10 kullanıyorum. birkaç gun önce masaüstü aniden kararıyor sonra geri geliyordu ben de Microsoft'un sitesinde araştırma yaptım Microsoft Visual c ++ güncelleme yapılması gerektiği yazıyordu, ben de 2 gun önce Visual installer 2019'u yukledim. Bugün sabah bilgisayarı açınca mavi ekran hatası aldım, video dxgkrnl hatası. Linkte minidump dosyası mevcut: 082719-101828-01.rar
Minidump dosyasını inceleyip, konuyla ilgili yardımcı olabilecek var mı acaba? İlgili mavi ekran hatası tekrar olmadı.
