Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

[B]C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe[/B] yazdım olmadı. Kullanıcı değiştireyim dedim kullanıcı adı ve şifre istiyor o yüzden yapamadım. CMD'den açma yolu varmış ama ben yeni kullanıcı oluşturursam bu hesapta ki dosyalara erişebilir miyim? DISM+ SFC komutunu da denedim.
