Windows 8.1 Format Hatası

Arkadaşlar Windows 8.1 setup'ına girdiğimde The file 'autorun.dll' could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is [0xC1] hatası alıyorum.
Bunun çözümü nedir?

Muhtemelen ISO yazma sırasında hata yaptınız. Güncel ISO dosyasını Microsoft sitesinden indirip tekrardan yazın.
