Windows'ta neden her klasör oluşturulamıyor?

You can't make folders on the desktop that have "System Action" or "Device" references such
as con, nul and prn. Solution is to use another name or use 0 instead of o,O for C0n.

CON, PRN, AUX, CLOCK$, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9,
LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9

Yeah , in Windows OS you can’t create “con” as a folder name. Because in Operating System level there is some restriction created by Microsoft.

the reason for the restriction is quite interesting. In OS level there are many configuration files are required to run frequently without user knowledge. these runs are executed in Kernel level.

In Kernel there is some buffers are available those buffers can store some small memory for execution . In that time created folder can confused the OS aperation thats why they restricted some of the filename to create a folder
