So I had this problem with my TV & laptop. Trying to watch Netflix via browser, I had freezes every 5-10 secs and it was frustrating. I googled the error and Tom's Hardware sites kept popping up with "Solved" titles. I clicked on every topic and it was not solved. Yet they have marked the threads as solved. So I went ahead and told them how moron they are.
