Code 10 Device manager/ Keyboard not working, mouse not working /ps2 | Hateadub's Blog adresinde bahsedilen manuel çözüm ile problemi kaldırdım.

I tried a few Toshiba drivers and suggestions from here but fixed it by resetting the UpperFilters for the keyboard and mouse in the registry.

Before I made the changes I exported the registry keys then after the fix tried to import them to recreate the problem but it would not re-occur.
Hey-Ho - Fixed
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Edit the Value UpperFilters to read
kbdclass

Edit the Value UpperFilters to read

Reboot
I'm seeing many people doing factory reset/refresh to fix the problem but the worries me a little because of the amount of work involved. Once the registry changes have been made it's business as usual without having to worry about being mindful of certain updates ETC.
The registry is a scary place to be I guess if you've not been there before and the fix is quite impossible within Windows without a touchscreen or external mouse.
If you can make it to Advanced startup options by holding 0 when powering on ( New To Me ) then GO Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Command Prompt and type in regedit it should launch the registry editor where you can edit the values for the mouse and keyboard. Proof is in the testing.
At a guess this is caused by an Update to the Elantech touchpad driver. Difficult for me to pinpoint as it was a customers laptop in for repair.
