How long until Turkish PlayStation Support replies? I’m having an issue where I can’t refund a game. It says, 'Your purchase isn’t eligible for a refund at this time using this process.' I tried all eligible games, but none worked — I get the same error message every time.

oyunu indirdiysen iade yapılmaz 1 2 gün içinde maksimum 3 günde cevap gelir ama sürekli 24 saatte dönüyorular.

If you've downloaded the game, no refunds will be given. You'll receive a response within 1-2 days, maximum 3 days, but they consistently respond within 24 hours.

I know that I haven’t downloaded them. I emailed support 17 hours ago
