That's a common Brave issue — it's usually not Gmail's fault. Try allowing cookies for google. com and gmail. com in Brave settings, and turn off Shields for Gmail. Also make sure Brave isn't clearing cookies on exit. That usually stops Gmail from logging you out. No need to switch to Chrome...
