Mr Ertuğrul has no idea about Phorm. This has nothing to do with Phorm. It is just a spammer on DonanımHaber, spamming his inbox. Some Turkish people are paranoid. You just ignore people like Mr Ertuğrul :) Just ignore them :)

First of all, it is not spyware. It is something like a gateway. You can use their Firefox plugin, or better, change your ISP.
