There are many benefits of exercising. The first benefit of exercising is weight loss. Running in the street every morning helps us to lose weight. So we can realize our goals about our health. Also we can wear everything we want. Such as a skinny t-shirt and Blue jeans. Secondly, exercising boosts brain Power. It means, that makes you smarter. Because, by exercising regularly, we can develop our nervous System's functions. Particularly, our brain works better than ever. Most importantly, it helps with sleep quality. For example, when we exercise for two hours a day, it makes us tired and we don't have difficulties in sleeping and sleeping disorders such as insomnia. Also exercising brings us relaxation moments during the day. In conclusion, exercising is One of the best experiences of human Life thanks to the benefits of health and psychology.
