Dear Corsair Support Team,
I am writing to request an RMA for my Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 16GB RAM module. Unfortunately, I am experiencing a critical issue with the module, resulting in a "KERNEL HEAP CORRUPTION" error when attempting to boot my PC.
I have tried troubleshooting the problem by reinstalling the RAM, updating the BIOS, and checking for any software conflicts, but the issue persists. Based on my research and the symptoms, I believe the RAM module may be faulty.
Please find attached the necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, product details, and any additional information that may assist in processing this request.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a replacement or an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt response and the information provided. I appreciate your efforts to resolve the current shipping issues.
Unfortunately, I do not have an alternative address outside of Turkey where the replacement could be sent. Additionally, the local distributor that provides warranty service in Turkey has a poor reputation for denying warranty claims, often attributing issues to user error. This makes me hesitant to pursue that route.
I would like to kindly ask if there is any other alternative solution you can offer, considering the circumstances. If a replacement is not possible, could you please inform me about the refund process and the amount that would be refunded?
