Çözüm
Bu yöntem ile çözebilirsiniz:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etcyoluna gidin.- Buradaki hosts dosyasını masaüstüne kopyalayın.
- Masaüstüne aldığınız dosyayı Not Defteri ile açın.
- Dosyanın içinde Spotify engelleyen andresleri kaldırın. Dosya şu şekilde kalmalı:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etckonumundaki ile değiştirin. - Artık sorun kalmamalı.

- Spotify > Ayarlar > Gelişmiş Ayarları Göster > Proxy'i yok yapın.
- Spotify hesabınızda hangi ülke seçili? Ülke ayarını değiştirip deneyin.
- Bilgisayarınızda herhangi bir VPN uygulaması kullanıyorsanız kapatın ve DNS değiştirdiyseniz otomatik olarak ayarlayın.
- Güvenlik duvarında izin verilen uygulamalar listesine Başka bir uygulamaya izin ver > Gözat sonrasında kullanıcı adınız/AppData\Roaming\Spotify kısmındaki Spotify uygulamasını da ekleyerek izin verin.

Revo Uninstaller programı ile kaldırıp yükle.
Olmazsa Spotify'ın başka bir sürümünü yükleyip oturum aç sonra tekrardan güncelleyebilirsin.
