Merhaba.
Ben sistemimdeki Realtek gibi yazılımları, sürücüleri güncellemek istediğimde mavi ekran alıyorum
Hata kodu: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ardından sistemim yeniden başlatılıyor
Bilgisayar markası MSI Bravo 15 B5DD-209XTR modeli. MSI'ın kendi sitesinden indirdiğim sürücüler bile güncellenirken mavi ekran veriyor.

Öncelikle merhaba. Çökmemiz sık karşılaşılan bir çökmedir. Ekran kartından veya RAM'lerden kaynaklanmadığı için şanslısınız. Gönderdiğiniz tüm minidump dosyalarını incelediğimde hepsinin aynı nedenden kaynaklandığını öğrendim.
Çökmelerimiz bozuk dosyalardan ve sürücülerden kaynaklanıyor. Hata: "amdacpafd.sys (AMD AFD Audio driver)"

Sürücülerinizi güncelleyin. (eğer nasıl yapıldığını bilmiyorsanız en basit yöntem ile açıklayayım. Windows arama kısmına "Aygıt Yöneticisi" yazıp uygulamayı açın. Ardından açılan pencerede bulunan sürücülere sağ tıklayın. Tıkladığınızda "sürücüyü güncelle" gibi bir seçenek olması lazım. Ona basın ve kolayca güncellenmesini bekleyin. İsterseniz bilgisayar parçalarına göre markaların orijinal sitelerindeki sürücüleri indirip de yapabilirsiniz.)

Dökümleri inceledim. Sorun amdacpafd.sys kaynaklı. "AMD Audio Device" ve "AMD High Definition Audio Device" adlı iki donanım nesnesini devre dışı bırakırsanız sorun çözülmeli. Tabi bu bir geçici çözüm. Kalıcı olacağına inadığım çözüm yonga seti sürücüsünü güncellemek:

Bende de öyle oluyordu. Güvenli modu açarak devre dışı bıraktım sonra yeniden başlatıp güncelledim sürücülerimi.
