There is a good, working image of Android version 2.3.7 for Rokchip tablets, this one shows the correct screen density and the rotation has been fixed too.
breeze2.3.7mod.7z
It includes Cyanogen MOD.
The icons were too widely spread but you can fix it to your liking in the settings.
System looks nice and works perfectly but somewhat slow.
Only problem I had is that I could not install Aldiko for ebooks. Kindle does not work either (Kindle crashed the original system too), but Moon+ reader works fine and it is a good alternative.
