e-Tab 5 MEB ROM'unda Scatter 8417 Hatası

Merhaba, flash tool'a MEB'in dağıttığı scatter dosyasını yüklediğimde "Scatter file format is invalid!" Error:8417 hatasını alıyorum. Notepad++ ile açtığımda scatter düzgün gözüküyor, flash tool sürümüm güncel. Yardımcı olabilir misiniz?

Arkadaş bunu hallettim bu sefer de download etmiyor. Adam akıllı bir rom dosyası falan kaldıysa paslayabilir misiniz? Bir de twrp de girmiyor tablet rootlu olduğu halde anlamadım gitti. Altı üstü pdf okuyacağım tabletten, sabahtan beri uğraşıyorum.
