Ef Core "Error could not install package" hatası

Nuget paket yöneticisinden indirmeye çalışınca bu hatayı alıyorum. Sebebi nedir? Projeme sağ tıklayıp özellikler penceresinden sürüm kısmına girdim en fazla .net Framework 4.8 vardı aşağıdaki butona tıkladım ve bir web sitesine attı. Oradan dotnet-runtime- 8.0.10 adında bir dosya indirip kurdum fakat tekrar özellikler kısmına girdiğimde sürümüm değişmemişti.

.net framework projesine ef core kurmaya çalışıyorsunuz hata ondan kaynaklanıyor sanırım. Ya projenizi .net core' a geçirin ya da entitiy frameworkun varsa .net framework için olan versiyonlarını kullanın.
