Merhaba,

Hakkında birçok kez konusu açılmış olan "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION win32kbase.sys Mavi Ekran Hatası"nı ben de yaşıyorum. Bulabildiğim tüm başlıkları inceledim, önerileri denedim ancak çözüme ulaşamadım.

Ben bu hatayı üst düzey sistem gereksinimi gerektiren oyunlar oynarken yaşıyorum. Örneğin; Battlefield 5, Dying Light, DotA 2. Bu oyunları oynarken ortalama yarım saat sonra bu hatayı alıyorum ve bilgisayar reset atıyor.

Minidump dosyalarımı "WinDbg Preview" programı ile incelediğimde hata başlığı her zaman "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)" oluyor. Genelde Process_Name kısmında mavi ekran verdiği anda oynadığım oyunun ismi yazıyor. Örneğin bfv.exe, DyingLightGame.exe gibi. Bu durumda Image_Name kısmında win32kbase.sys yazıyor.

Daha seyrek olarak ise Process_Name kısmında Registry yazıyor. Bu durumda Image_Name kısmında ise ntkrnlmp.exe yazmakta.

Gecikme için kusura bakmayın

Estağfurullah, yardım ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederim. Ben de son gelişmeler ile birlikte BIOS'da bazı ayarları değiştirerek çözüm yolu aradım, 2 gündür onu deniyordum o sebeple dönüş yapmadım.

RAM'lerin Memtest testi bitti. Testten geçtiler. Ancak "[note] RAM may be vulnerable to high Frequency row hammer bit flips" uyarısını verdi. Ekran görüntüsü aşağıdadır.

Bunun üzerine acaba bir ayar sebebiyle işlemci over clock tarzı bir işlememi giriyor diye düsünerek BIOS ayarlarını kurcaladım. BIOS ayarlarında "AMD Turbo Core Technology" diye bir ayar vardı ve açıktı. Bu ayarın işlemciyi bir noktada over Clock'a soktuğunu düsünerek bu ayarı kapattım.
Bu ayarı kapattıktan sonra hem Dying Light hem de BF5 oynadım ancak oyundan atmadı. Sorunun bu ayar olduğunu düsünüyorum. Bu haliyle sorunu kısmen çözmüş oldum.

Ancak tabii ki bu ayarın açıkken neden mavi ekran verdiğini henüz bulamamış oldum. Ancak zaten sistemim eski olduğu için bu sorunun pesine düsmeyeceğim. Bu şekilde kullanmayı düsünüyorum. Turbo'nun olmamasının bir eksiklik yarattığını hissetmedim oyunlarda.

Bu sebeple sorun çözülmüş oldu simdilik. Ekstra bir hata alırsam veya tekrarlarsa yazarım.

İkinci olarak Olay Görüntüleyicisi raporunuzu paylaşmanızı isteyeceğim sizden. Bunun için de gerekli rehber aşağıda yer almaktadır. Sizden istediğim ise Sistem logları olacak.


Son olarak tekrar mavi ekran almanız durumunda sistem geri yükleme noktası oluşturup Driver Verifier'ı açmanızı isteyeceğim. Bu sayede tekrar mavi ekran aldığınızda bunun açık olmasıyla beraber daha detaylı bir analiz gerçekleştirebileceğiz. Bunun için de gerekli rehber aşağıda yer almaktadır.

Gecikme için kusura bakmayın, ancak vakit bulabildim. MemTest86 testinde hata dediğiniz şey aslında hata değil, bir uyarı. Size önerim BIOS ayarınızı varsayılana çevirin ve bellek ayarlarına manuel bir şekilde düzenleme yapmayın. XMP vb. otomatik olarak anakartla gelen frekansları kullanın, çözülebilir bu defa sorununuz. Ayrıca AIDA64'ü de kaldırmanızı isteyeceğim. Sonrasında yine Dying Light'a girip biraz test edebilirsiniz. Sonucu paylaşırsanız sevinirim, iyi geceler dilerim.

Estağfurullah, yardım ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederim. Ben de son gelişmeler ile birlikte BIOS'da bazı ayarları değiştirerek çözüm yolu aradım, 2 gündür onu deniyordum o sebeple dönüş yapmadım.

RAM'lerin Memtest testi bitti. Testten geçtiler. Ancak "[note] RAM may be vulnerable to high Frequency row hammer bit flips" uyarısını verdi. Ekran görüntüsü aşağıdadır.

Bunun üzerine acaba bir ayar sebebiyle işlemci over clock tarzı bir işlememi giriyor diye düsünerek BIOS ayarlarını kurcaladım. BIOS ayarlarında "AMD Turbo Core Technology" diye bir ayar vardı ve açıktı. Bu ayarın işlemciyi bir noktada over Clock'a soktuğunu düsünerek bu ayarı kapattım.
Bu ayarı kapattıktan sonra hem Dying Light hem de BF5 oynadım ancak oyundan atmadı. Sorunun bu ayar olduğunu düsünüyorum. Bu haliyle sorunu kısmen çözmüş oldum.

Ancak tabii ki bu ayarın açıkken neden mavi ekran verdiğini henüz bulamamış oldum. Ancak zaten sistemim eski olduğu için bu sorunun pesine düsmeyeceğim. Bu şekilde kullanmayı düsünüyorum. Turbo'nun olmamasının bir eksiklik yarattığını hissetmedim oyunlarda.

Bu sebeple sorun çözülmüş oldu simdilik. Ekstra bir hata alırsam veya tekrarlarsa yazarım.
