GPU ve CPU kaç derece olmalı?

Ben de 7600X kullanıyorum PBO, limit W ve target temp ayarlarını değiştirdim Cinebench R23 testinde 70 derecede çalışıyor şu anda, normalde saniyesinde 95 dereceye çıkıyordu eğer müdahale etmediysen en azından negatif curve kullanmalısın yoksa çekilen voltaj fazla ısıya yol açıyor herhangi bir performans kazanımı olmamasına rağmen.
