Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support.
Your GTA Online save data may have been corrupted. If it was, we can assist with this by placing a blank save file over your current data which should resolve your issues.
Before we proceed with this process, we need to make you aware of what will be lost.
You will lose all progression on your character, including:
-In-game statistics (shooting, driving, etc.)
-Social Club statistics and awards
-In-game unlocks (such as unlocked Chrome sprays or unlocked tattoos)
Your RP and your GTA$ earned through in-game activities or purchased via Shark Cards will be credited back to your account after the blank save, so that you can buy back the lost items in the game. We will not be able to restore your other progress, such as vehicles, properties, clothing, etc., or character statistics such as stamina, shooting, and driving.
Please note that your account will remain empty if no progress through in-game activities can be found.
If you would like us to proceed, please reply back to this message stating that you agree to the terms and conditions.
Note: This reply would need to be via email, not by logging into the Support site and updating your ticket.
Once we receive your reply, we can begin making the appropriate adjustments.
