Windows'u yeni güncelledim Windows 10 kullanıyorum. Konuların çoğunu inceledim ama problemime çözüm bulamadım son çare olarak konu açıyorum. Her şeyi yeni güncelledim. @Recep Baltaş yardımcı olabilirsen sevinirim abi.

Otomatik yüklenen driverlarda nasıl oluyorsa dosya hatalı veya eksik yüklendiği için bu sorun oluşuyor.
Ekran kartının güncel driverını bilgisayarına indir. Güvenli moda geçip DDU ile ekran kartı driverlarını kaldır. Ağ bağlantısını kes otomatik driver arayıp yüklemesin. Sonrasında normal moda geçip indirdiğin driverı yükle. Yükleme sırasında herhangi bir menüde değişiklik yapmadan hepsine ileri de. Sistemi yeniden başlat ve ağı aç.
DirectX ve VC Redist eklerini de yüklemeyi unutma.

ASUS GPU Tweak II Uygulamasında Gaming mode'da ayar.

Dediklerini yaptım işe yaramadı yine aynı hatayı veriyor.
