Merhaba yaklaşık 1 aydır arada sırada, son 1 haftada her gün mavi ekran ile karşılaşıyorum.
Sorunun RAM'in yetmemesi oluğunu düşünerek 8 GB RAM daha aldım ve taktım.
RAM'i takmadan önceki hata kodu ile aynı hata kodunu alıyorum.
Bazen hata kodu olmadan ekrandaki renkler değişiyor ve bilgisayar reset atıyor.
Windows'un kendi bellek testini, depolama testini yaptım hata vermedi.

  • Özellikle SSD veya HDD'nizin SATA ve güç kablolarında bir problem, gevşeklik veya temassızlık olabilir.

  • Herhangi bir gevşeme yoksa bu depolama cihazlarınızın anakarta giden diğer ucunda, yani anakartın SATA portlarından birinde problem olabilir. SATA'ların bağlı olduğu portları da değiştirebilirsiniz, başka yerlere takabilirsiniz.

  • Yine aynı şekilde, yedek SATA kablonuz varsa onu da değiştirin. 2 tane varsa hem SSD hem de HDD için yapın bunu.


Fiziksel olarak temasta ve iletimde bir problem yoksa depolama birimlerinin kendilerine yoğunlaşacağız.



  • Sistemde Windows'un Hyper-V (sanallaştırma sistemi) açık. Sanal makine, sanal makine yazılımı, emülatör (BlueStacks vs.) kullanmıyorsanız Hyper-V'yi kapatabilirsiniz. BIOS'tan da SVM (sanallaştırma) modunu kapatabilirsiniz sanallaştırmayla işiniz yoksa.


  • BIOS güncel mi? Dökümde görünmüyor. Güncel değilse güncellersiniz.
