I am writing to request an RMA for my Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 16GB RAM module. Unfortunately, I am experiencing a critical issue with the module, resulting in a "KERNEL HEAP CORRUPTION" error when attempting to boot my PC.
I have tried troubleshooting the problem by reinstalling the RAM, updating the BIOS, and checking for any software conflicts, but the issue persists. Based on my research and the symptoms, I believe the RAM module may be faulty.
Please find attached the necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, product details, and any additional information that may assist in processing this request.
