BIOS işlemini yaptıktan sonra HDD'yi dğeiştirseniz de raporları bekliyorum. Ayrıca RAM'leri de teste tutup bildirin.

@THE_MILLER harddisk değişimini gerçekleştirdim. Ram ' leri memtest ile test ettim sorun yok. Menüde donmalar yaşıyorum. Bugün FIFA 18 oynarken aniden dondu. Oyunu kapattığımda bile yavaşlığı devam ediyor.

Dediklerinizi yaptım ve ayrıca bios ayarlarını varsayılana sıfırladım. Donma, kitlenme sorunu çözüldü ama başka bi sorun ortaya çıktı. Bu kastığı dönemde oyun oynarken fps açısından bi sorun yaşamıyordum 60 fps kasmadan oynuyodum ama şuan oyuna girdiğimde açılırken bile kasmalar oluyor donma yok ama kasıyor fps 20lere kadar düştü sebebi nedir sizce?
 
Yanlışlıkla Dell Support Assist yükleyicisini açtım bilgisayarımın Dell olmamasına rağmen. Başlangıçta açılmaya çalışıyor ve hata veriyor. Bir türlü kapatamadım.
