"Delete all files including the ones in Documents\Paradox Interavtive\Hearts of Iron IV, and reinstall the game, it worked for me!"

- unsubscribe from all mods
- delete the Documents/paradox/HOI4/mod folder/
- delete the Documents/paradox/HOI4/mods_registry file.json
- delete the Documents/paradox/HOI4/launcher-v2.sqlite file
- subscribe to multiple mods
- launch the game and see if these mods are now available to you.
