HyperX Cloud 3S Wireless dongle, güncelleme yapılmasına rağmen çalışmıyor

HyperX Cloud 3S Wireless dongle bağlıyorum. Firmware Update yaptım. İlk yaptığımda çalıştı, bilgisayarı kapatıp açtığımda çalışmadı. Fotoğrafları aşağıya bıraktım. Hem normal sürümü hem beta sürümünü indirdim. İki sürümü de sildim, yeniden yükledim. Aynı sorunu yaşayan var mı? Ne yapmam gerekiyor?

1. Hold down your Power button when the headset is off until it starts blinking Green and red
2. Plug in your HyperX Wireless adapter into your pc/laptop.
3. Press the button ON THE ADAPTER, the button is the thing that sticks in so you need to get a needle to press it.
4. Hold down the button on the adapter until it is Solid red.

I recently updated my headset and unplugged the dongle, then it stopped detecting my PC but i found a fix:

1. Hold down your Power button when the headset is off until it starts blinking Green and red.
2. Plug in your HyperX Wireless adapter into your pc/laptop.
3. Press the button on the adapter, the button is the thing that sticks in so you need to get a needle to press it.
4. Hold down the button on the adapter until it is Solid red.
