Hello,
Thanks for the ticket and apologizes for the crashes you are experiencing. There are a few troubleshooting steps we would like to work through.
Start with this list of troubleshooting tips:
- Double check minimum spec (found here)
- Ensure CPU generation is 4th Generation or above
- Don’t overrun VRAM
- Ensure initial cache is complete
- Run a Steam file verification check (see below)
- For best results use a solid-state drive
- For best results ensure no other audio programs are running in parallel
If you are playing on a PC with a CPU that has
6 cores or less , you will receive a
“building shader installation progress” pop-up message. For an optimal experience, please wait until this process is complete before you begin playing.
Verify your game files:
Steam:
Files can be become corrupt or not download properly during the installation process. To ensure accuracy, please utilize the verify game files feature:
1. Select the
gear icon on the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection library page
2. Scroll down and select
Properties
3. On the left side of the
Properties window, scroll down and select
Local Files
4. Select
Verify the integrity of the game
Epic Instructions:
- In the Epic Library, click the "..." to the right of the title and choose Manage
- Hit the Verify button next to the "Verify Files" options
Lastly, if you are running an Nvidia 10 or 20 series GPU with the most up-to-date drivers, it is possible that this could be causing the game to crash. For now, we recommend rolling back to driver version
517.48.
If you are still experiencing issues after attempting all of these troubleshooting steps, please reply to this message.
Thanks,
DW
