"Guys. If you're like me and you spent HOURS trying to find the solutions and tried everything above and still doesn't work, AND you happened to have replaced your DVD Drive with a HDD Caddy tray, then you might be in luck.
There's a Switch Next to the SATA connector on the Caddy, mine had 3 positions, you need to move it until the position works with your specific brand of PC. The reason it happens is because the BIOS is constantly sending a signal to the CPU that the DVD Drive is open, which no longer exists so you can't close it, so the signal never stops. This Switch does that.
