Merhaba. Windows 10 PRO kullanıyorum. Yeni aldığım bilgisayarımda farklı mavi ekran hataları alıyorum. Genelde PC açılırken oluyor. Bazen de MSI logosunda bekliyor ve PC açılmıyor. Fakat bugün itibariyle oyun oynarken bir anda mavi ekran verdi. İnternette bulduğum çözümleri denedim fakat hiçbiri hata tespit edemiyor. Buradaki forumda minidump dosyaları ile ilgili bir başlık buldum. Yardımcı olursanız çok sevinirim.

Söylediğiniz programları sildim ve testleri yaptım. Testlerde fark ettiğim tek sorun HDtune programı Windows'un kurulu olduğu Nvme M2 SSD ye kurduğum C diskinin Health taramasını yapmıyor. M2 disk olması ile bir alakası var mı yoksa bir problem mi var bilmiyorum. Sonuçlar aşağıdaki gibi.

Logitech, Asus araçları hala gözüküyor kaldırdın mı?

Şu komutu dene bakalım;
Komut satırını(CMD) yönetici olarak başlatın "sfc /scannow" yazın işlemi başlatın, işlem bitince yeniden başlatın.

Eğer hala mavi ekran almaya devam edersen, sistemden HDD'yi çıkar birde öyle kullan bilgisayarı.
