PUBG Mobile hesabımda haksız yere ban yedim, PUBG'nin orijinal mailine ilettim onlar da hesabı doğrulamam için bana "Please use the penalized account to GO to the game login interface, Click the [Claim] button in the penalty pop-up window, and submit a claim according to the instructions." diye bir şey soylediler. Türkçe'ye çevirdim fakat bir türlü yapamadım, hesaba giriyorum claim diye bir şey cikmiyor, yardım eder misiniz?
