To answer your question, please be advised that all progression for Rainbow Six: Siege'in all platforms have been uploaded to the Cloud and is now tied to the Ubisoft account, depending on where your Console was linked before the cross progression went live, which was december 6 2022.
The Ubisoft account itself is what all of your content and save data is tied to, and that this data cannot be removed from the Ubisoft account or transferred to a different Ubisoft account. This means if you've linked it too late, your progression will remain tied to the Ubisoft account and won't be transferred along.
Which means, all content before dec 6 2022 will be synced to your Console.
