Rust Support bildirdim, adamların yanıt bu oldu:
the issue (d3d11.dll caused an Access Violation) is with your DirectX software, which is packaged with your Graphics software/drivers and maintained through regular Windows updates. Make sure you are current on both and restart the computer.

In some rare cases you may need to remove all traces of current graphic software and install fresh from their website. Here's a helpful guide on how to do that: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-perform-a-clean-installation-of-your-graphics-driver/
