Why are new games so boring and repetitive?

Nowadays Game companies cannot do Game like Red Dead Redemption 2 or Last of Us Part II.
 
The most important reason why the games are so boring is that They have an graphic advantage now. I mean, The Games Company know that they can enchant the people with amazing graphics and gameplay. They don't need a good story to sell their game. But Some Games company which care the story give us The Perfect graphics and story at the same time. I think this is reason why these games don't have a good story. By the way My english Vocabulary isn't good that much, İf I used any fault word, I am sorry.
 
Try "inside" it looks like limbo, but has a great story. Makes you wonder what's gonna happen next and you will try hard to solve those puzzles, ( like portal ) at least it was hard for me..
