Why isn't this section interested by users?

Speaking and writing are two different things. You can improve your English with write and read something but it has a limit. İf anybody wants to learn good English, He/She must talk with anybody in English. The accent is critical and you can not improve your accent with write or read.
Just talk. Don't worry.

I didn't say anything about learning/speaking. I said, I had seen some topics about English in spite of I couldn't see any topics in this section.
