Son zamanlarda mavi ekran hatalarım artmaya başladı. Arkadaşlarla arkada Discord açık bir şekilde Valorant girdim mavi ekran verdi. Bilgisayarı yeniden başlatıp yine girdiğimde yine verdi. Hataların başlangıç zamanı ise benim format atmamdan itibaren.

"klhk.sys" mavi ekrana sebep olan sys dosyası bu da Kaspersky yazılım türevlerinden kaynaklanıyor. Kaspersky yazılımını tamamen bilgisayardan kaldırın.

Bios güncelleyin.

Diğer sürücülerinizi buradan güncelleyin.

CMD yönetici olarak çalışıtırıp, sfc/scannow komutunu uygulayın.

BİOS maalesef güncelleyemiyorum. Laptopun bataryası yok.

Sürücüleri direkt indirip kurayım mı? Bilgisayarda zaten yüklülerse sorun çıkartırlar mı?

Kaspersky aylardır kullanıyorum ve ücretli aboneliğim var. Aylardır olmayan sorun neden şimdi olmuş olabilir bilginiz var mıdır?
