Who speaks English with me?

It looks like this thread is now old but I can speak with you with my basic English. But I know I must improve my English because most of programs and all of developer tools are English. Python and C++ are examples to developer tools. Ah I almost forgot, I changed my Windows 10, Windows 7 and iPhone's display language from Turkish to English. I don't know if you already did but I recommend changing display language to English for improving your English faster. Also you can try writing to English forums like Stack Over Flow, GTA Forums, Super User etc.
