Herkese merhaba. Sabah birden bire bilgisayar kendiliğinden resetlendi. 2 monitör kullanıyordum. Ekran kartına bağlı olan ekranım gitti VGA ile Ekran kartına bağlı olmayan monitörüme görüntü geliyordu. Thread stuck in device hatası vermeye başladı. Güvenli modda başlatıp sürücüleri kaldırıp yeniden başlattığımda açılmıştı fakat AMD Software programını yükleyince ekran gitti ve yine aynı hatayı verdi.

Ekran kartınızı güvenli modda DDU kullanarak kaldırın. Driver yükleme işlemi yaparken internet bağlantınızı kapatın ki windows update otomatik olarak güncellemesin.

Güvenli moddayken internet bağlantısı olmuyor ki nasıl kaldıracağım. Bir de hangi driverlari kaldıracağım? Aygıt yöneticisinden soru işareti olanları mi? Evde 2 bilgisayar var diğer bilgisayardan indirip USB belleğe atabilirim DDU'yu.

Bu arada Vatan Bilgisayar'dan aldım toplayalım 1 sene oldu eğer ekran kartında sorun varsa geri iade edeyim. Bir de yanlış söylemişim VGA'da ekran kartına bağlı fakat ana monitör olan HDMI ile olanı görmüyor PC.
 
Ekran kartı sürücüsünü güvenli mod da DDU ile eski sürücüyü silip yeni ve en güncel olanını yükleyin, dikkat edin internetiniz kapalı olsun siz yeni sürücüyü kurar iken Windows arka da eski tarihten kalma bir sürücüyü yükler ve sizde sürücüyü yükleyince üst üste sürücü kurmuş olursunuz.

Eğer sorun devam ediyor ise ekran kartınızı farklı bir bilgisayar üzerinde deneyin, eğer yine sorun devam ediyor ise garantisi var ise garantiye gönderin.

Hangi sürücüleri sileceğim peki? AMD için olanları sanırım. Söyle bir şey diyeceğim güvenli modda internet bağlantısı yok diyor diğer bilgisayardan DDU ve AMD sürücülerini USB'ye atıp bilgisayar güvenli moddayken kursam olur mu?
