Birkaç gündür laptopumu kullanmıyordum. Kullanmaya başladıktan sonra çok sık mavi ekran almaya başladım ve aynı zamanda mavi ekran gibi pembe bir ekranla karşılaştım. Daha önce karşılaşmadığım bir sorun olduğu için ne olduğuna dair pek bir fikrim yok. Herhangi bir korsan yazılım kullanmadığım için mavi ekranın kronik olmasından şüphe ediyorum. Ekte dosyaları paylaştım. İlgilenebilecek bir arkadaş varsa çok sevinirim. Sistem ve laptop bilgilerini aşağıya ekliyorum.

İlk bakışta GPU/LCD ekran sorun yaratiyor tam bilemedim açık konuşursam.
 
  • CMD'yi yönetici olarak çalıştırın ve sfc /scannow çalıştırın.
  • DDU ile ekran kartı sürücüsünü yeniden yükleyin.
  • Memtest86 ile RAM testi yapın.

Arama çubuğuna CMD yazın ve sağ tık ile yönetici olarak başlatın. Daha sonra oraya sfc /scannow komutunu girin ve işlem bitince ekran görüntüsünü bizimle paylaşın.
İşlemi gerçekleştirdim herhangi bir sorun bulmadı ancak ekran görüntüsü alayım diyene kadar mavi ekran verdi.
 
Aynı işlemleri uygulayın ama bu sefer chkdsk /f /r komudunu kullanın. Size (Y/N) diye sorarsa Y yazın ve Enter tuşuna da basmayı unutmayın.
Ayrıca DDU ile ekran kartı sürücünü silip WHQL sürümünü yükledin mi ki? Ya da Memtest testi uyguladın mı? Yukarıda rehber anlatımlarının linki paylaşılmış.
