980 Ti & i5 6500K Mouse Lagging

Hi everybody, i have 980 Ti and 6600K. I have been using the PC for almost 4 years. However, at last 2 months, i am having freezing problems about mouse. Whenever i start the PC and enter the password. The first 1-2 minute, the mouse - the Visual One - freezes when i move it. I am thinking that it can be hardware related issue (the Memory cards or the harddisk) These are the components of the PC.

i5 6600K
GTX 980 Ti
Corsair 8 GB(2x4) 2400 DDR4
MSI Z170A GAMING M7 DDR4 3600MHz

Disable some of your startup programs.

In addition to what other friends said, try a different USB port and uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse driver. And if possible, try a different mouse.
