Bilgisayar açıldığında donuyor ve ekran gidiyor bir şey yapılamıyor.

Reset atınca düzeliyor mavi ekran hatası veriyor bazen açılırken bile mavi ekran hatası veriyor bazen de komple donuyor. Ne yapmam gerekiyor?
