(Öncelikle yukarıda RAM'i dalgınlıkla 8 girmişim ancak 10GB olması gerekiyor. Düzeltemedim.)

Bana illallah dedirten önceden konusunu açtığım bir başlıktı ancak çözdüğümü sanarken bir süre sonra yine aynı hatayı almaya başladım. Üstelik bazen mavi ekran bile vermeden direkt çat diye kapanıyor. Üzerinde çok fazla çözüm yolu denememe rağmen bir yere varamadım bir türlü. Yaptıklarımı madde madde listeleyeyim. Aynı zamanda CPU-Z raporumu, MemTest raporunu ve Minidumpları eklere iliştiriyorum. Zaten MemTest'i boot edip çalıştırdığımda bi 10 defa testin yarısında çat diye bilgisayarım kapandığı için zar zor yapabildim.

Bu konu başlığı mavi ekran hatasının giderilmesinden ziyade BIOS üzerinden ekran kartını hiç çalışmayacak şekilde nasıl kapatabilirim amaçlı bir başlık aslında. Çünkü başka bir çözüm görmüyorum.

Eğer çat diye kapanmazsa ara sıra aldığım hata DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Minidumplarda Nvidia'dan kaynaklı bir problemmiş gibi gözüküyor. Günlük kullanımda yaşadığım problemler şu şekilde:

  1. - Laptopu güç tuşuna basıp ilk başlattığımda laptop çalışmaya başlayıp fan son hızda dönmeye başlıyor, sonra hiçbir ekran gelmeden çat diye kapanıyor.​
  2. - Sonra tekrar kendini otomatik başlatmaya çalışıyor ve çat diye kapanıyor. Bazen laptopun bataryasını söküyorum. Yine ilk basışta çat diye kapanırken ikinci seferde açılıyor laptop. Açılırken de fan son güçte çalışıyor.​
  3. - Açıldıktan sonra fan son güçte çalışmaya devam ederken bir süre sonra (bu süre bazen 5 dk bazen 15dkya çıkıyor) yine çat diye kapanıyor.​
  4. - Sonra tekrar kendini yeniden başlatıyor ve bu sefer fan hızı normale dönüyor.​
  5. - Bu açılışlarda aygıt yöneticisinden kontrol ettiğimde bazen Nvidia GT630M ekran kartım gözüküyor bazen hiç gözükmüyor.​
  6. - Bu açılışların bazılarında login ekranında veya normal kullanmaya başladıktan sonra belirttiğim mavi ekran hataları ara ara çıkabiliyor.​

Sorunun artık donanımsal olduğunu düşünmeye başladım. Daha Windows RAM'e yüklenmeden pcnin direkt kapanmasının sebebi donanımsaldır herhalde. Memtest'imde bir sorun gözükmüyor. Yazılımsal anlamda uyguladığım işlemler ise şöyle (Hiçbiri işe yaramadı):

  • - Temiz kurulumla 1903, 20H2 gibi çeşitli Windows 10 sürümleri kurmak ve bununla birlikte kurulan driverları kullanmak​
  • - Windows update üzerinden driverı güncellemek​
  • - Temiz format attıktan sonra Windows Update ile güncellemeden DDU ile driver'ı kaldırıp Nvidia'nın kendi sitesinden WHQL en güncel driver'ı kurmak.​
  • - DDU ile driver'ı kaldırdıktan sonra Toshiba'nın sitesindeki modelimi girerek indirdiğim ekran kartı driver'ını kurmak (En son Windows 8.1 destekliyor)​
  • - DDU ile driver'ı kaldırdıktan sonra guru3d sitesinden daha eski sürümleri kurmak. Burada WHQL sertifikası olan ve olmayan bir çok driver denedim yeni ve eski olanlardan, hiçbiri işe yaramadı.​
  • - BIOS ayarlarını sıfırlamak​
  • - Fastboot kapatmak​
  • - Denetim masası üzerinden HDD'ye cache yapıp hızlı başlatan Fast Startup özelliğini kapatmak​
  • - Denetim masası gelişmiş güç ayarlarından PCI Express bağlantı güç durumu yönetimini değiştirmek. "En fazla güç tasarrufu", "Kapalı", "Orta Derece Güç Ayarları"nı denedim. Hiçbiri işe yaramadı.​
  • - BIOS üzerinden CPU overclock'unu kapatmak (şu an kapalı durumda)​
  • - sfc /scannow yapmak. Sorun yok. Zaten temiz kurulumda bile sorun hemen başlıyor.​
  • - Windows'un driver ve ekran kartıyla alakalı sorun giderme araçlarını kullanmak​
  • - İşlemciye ve ekran kartına termal macun sürmek (Bilgisayarın sıcaklığını takip ediyorum zaten hiçbir zaman anormal bi sıcaklık olmadı, kapanışların sıcaklıkla bir örüntüsü yok).​
  • - Yeni BIOS pili takmak​
  • - Sorunun ekran kartından kaynaklandığını düşündüğüm için aygıt yöneticisinden ekran kartını devre dışı bırakmak. Bunu yapmama rağmen açılırken çıt diye kapanmaya devam ediyor.​
  • - Aygıt yöneticisinden ekran kartını kaldırmak. Kaldırdıktan sonra çıt diye kapanmalar devam etti. Şu an aygıt yöneticisinde sistem aygıtları altında "Xeon(R) processor E3 - 1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor PCI Express Root Port - 0151" üzerinde ünlem işareti gözüküyor ve "Kayıt defterindeki yapılandırma bilgisi eksik ya da bozuk olduğundan Windows bu donanım aygıtını başlatamıyor. (Kod 19)" diyor. Muhtemelen ekran kartını kaldırdıktan sonra cihazı artık tanımadığı için böyle diyor.​

Artık daha fazla bir şey deneyecek motivasyonum yok. Oyun oynamıyorum bu ekran kartını komple devre dışı bırakmak istiyorum. BIOS üzerinden bunu yapabileceğim bir ayar yok. Gelişmiş BIOS ayarlarına erişmek istiyorum ancak internetten denediğim tuş kombinasyonlarının hiçbiri menüyü değiştirmedi. InsydeH20 6.30 sürümlü BIOS'um var. Modlanmış halini de internetten bulamıyorum.

Ben bu ekran kartını kanayan uzuv gibi koparıp atmak istiyorum. Nasıl yapabilirim bunu? Bilgisayarın genel performansından her şeyinden çok memnunum. Tek sıkıntısı bu. Ya da modlanmış bir BIOS bularak harici ekran kartını devreden çıkarma şansım var mı?
