Unemployment Problem in Turkey
-Working time with the 1936 Labor Law in Turkey in 8 days, 48 hours per week are available. This regulation continued in the second Labor Law dated 1971; however, with the amendment made in 1983, the weekly working time 45 2003, the weekly working time in Turkey Business Act is still in effect 45 hours. 270 hours of overtime can be done.But we have one more problem.
-The participation of women in the workforce was joined after 2008 in Turkey.So turned into a reason for not finding job.
-Anyone can have a diploma but what matters develop yourself.İf you dont know any unknown language you cant find a job in Turkey.
-Improve yourself in all matters. You should do it.
We understand from here:
-If you are not studying medical school you must improve yourself in all matters.
-Learn a unknown language.
-Be a cultured.
-Improve your unknown language.
-Read a book.
-If you are studying engineeering learn a software.
