DTS Super Stereo is a mode of surround sound. I believe it adjusts the surround parameters to 'move' where the audio sounds like its coming from. Keep in mind the headset only has two real speakers, so the software surround sound uses fancy frequency/amplitude manipulation to "simulate" 5.1 or 7.1 speakers.
OFF: No DTS. Should still have surround sound.
Front: The audio is more forward sounding, as if you had 3 speakers directly in front of your screen. This can make it seem a lot more natural for watching a movie and having the person speaking in front of you sound like its coming from the screen. I think this emphasizes the front 3 speakers and de-emphasizes the rears.
Wide: This "spreads" the audio out a bit more to the sides, making for a wider soundstage. This can be good for gaming. Where the "Front" mode moves the location of the sound in front of you, this would be more side focused. This could make it easier to spot footsteps or gunshot directions in shooter games.
Traditional: Traditional 5.1 soundstage. I honestly don't know about this one. could be close to normal 5.1 soundstage with slight adjustments for accuracy.
