Merhaba, geçen hafta satın almış olduğum Monster Abra A5 V17.2 laptopumda iki gün önce Dota 2 isimli oynarken aniden mavi ekran hatası aldım. Dün oynadığımda böyle bir hatayla karşılaşmadım ama genede tedirgin olduğum için Monster müşteri hizmetleriyle görüştüm ve bana sorunun RAM kaynaklı olabileceğini ve işletim sistemi olan Windows 11 tekrar kurmamı önerdiler. İşletim sistemimi yeniden kurmadan önce buradaki uzman arkadaşlara danışıp harekete geçmeyi düşündüm.

Bu berbat ötesi laptop bana da aldığım zaman bir mavi ekran hatası vermiş ve sonra bir daha vermemişti. Ben de biraz garipsemiştim. Bir daha yapmazsa sorun olmaz muhtemelen sürücülerden olan bir şeydir. Takılı gelen SSD'nin modelini merak ettim. CrystalDiskInfo ile bakıp söyler misiniz? Ona göre bir ön uyarı da yapabilirim.

Dün akşam manuel olarak Monsterın sitesinden driverleri tekrar yükledim. Laptop ilk geldiğinde flashdiskden önceden gelen driver setuplarını yüklemiştim. Sanırım o zaman ya eksik ya da güncel olmayanları yüklemişim. Windows 11 tekrar kurmama gerek var mı tam olarak emin olamadım. Bende sorun bir daha çıkmaz diye umuyorum. Laptop bence güzel niye berbat ötesi dedin tam anlayamadım.

SSD konusunda şanslıymışsın. Benim SSD bozulduktan sonra benimkine de bunu taktılar. İlk başta bunu taksalardı keşke.

Driverları Windows Update ile güncellemeye çalışıyor olabilir. Laptop yeni çünkü. Güncelleyince biraz sapıtıp sonra düzelmiştir. Ben tekrarlayacağını sanmıyorum. Bir daha sorun çıkarırsa eğer bakarsınız. Sıfırdan Windows 11 kurmaya gerek görmüyorum.

Benim laptop 6 ayda 3 kere servise gittiği için aldığıma pişman oldum. Umarım sen olmazsın.
 
Öncelikle Technopat Sosyal'e hoş geldiniz. Dump çıktınızı aşağıya bıraktım. Hata ile @Plyra daha iyi yardımcı olacaktır zira Monster cihazlardaki sıkıntılardan sanırım. İyi geceler dilerim, şimdiden kolay gelsin Plyra.

Bir daha yapmazsa sorun olmaz muhtemelen sürücülerden olan bir şeydir. Takılı gelen SSD'nin modelini merak ettim. CrystalDiskInfo ile bakıp söyler misiniz? Ona göre bir ön uyarı da yapabilirim.
Kardeşim şimdi sana hak veriyorum. Monster almak gerçekten pişmanlık mış. Dün sabah 4 e kadar kullandım Gang Beasts gibi basit bir oyunu oynarken gene mavi ekran verdim. İşletim sistemimi tekrar kurup ve sürücüleri Monsterin kendi sitesinden yüklemeye çalıştım. Nvdia kurar mavi ekran verdi gene. Bu sefer acmaya çalışırken. Windows düzgün kapatılmadı sorun gider/onarım falan çıktı. İlk sorun gidermeye çalışırken açmadı bilgisayarı. Bugün tekrar denerken açtı ama bugünde korkup oyun bile oynamadım. İade etmeye çalışacam bende. 12 kasım da fatura kesilmişti bugün son günü iade edebilmem için. iade formunu doldurup yolladım. Şimdide canlı görüşmeye bağlanmaya çalışıyorum ve sürekli meşgul. Umarım iade edip elimden çıkarabilirim.
