Prepare a dos bootable USB with the guide here and put the files you extracted from the RAR to the root directory of the Memory. Then run TWHQR192.bat and wait for the BIOS to Update.

When the Update is finished, pull out the battery and plug. After the laptop waits for 5 minutes, you can plug both in and turn on the device.

Sorry, I don't do BIOS modding. The feature you mentioned cannot be brought exactly as UEFI feature as it is said on the other site.
