Merhaba. Son günlerde SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION adlı mavi ekran hatasını alıyorum aslında 3 adet sürücü var güncellenecek, birisi ekran kartı sürücüsü ama yüklersem oyunlarda FPS düşmesi yaşanmasından korkuyorum. Bligisi olan varsa beni aydınlatabilir mi birisi?

PhoneExperienceHost.exe adlı servis mavi ekrana neden oluyor. Silmek için:

Windows+X basıp PowerShell (yönetici) seçeneğini seçin.

Aşağıdaki komutu girip Enter'a basın ve cihazı yeniden başlatın.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.YourPhone* | remove-appxpackage

1. Intel SST sürücüsünde sorun var. Bunu indirip sürücüleri güncelleyin.


2. komut istemi CMD'yi yönetici olarak çalıştırıp önce sfc /scannow komutunu girin. İşlemin tamamlanmasını bekleyin. İşlem bittikten sonra DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth komutunu girin ve yine işlemin tamamlanmasını bekleyin. İki işlemin de sonuçlarının görselini paylaşın. Windows'u güncel tutun.

3. cihazınızın üreticisinin sitesinden ekran kartı sürücüsü hariç diğer tüm sürücüleri güncelleyin. BIOS'u da güncelleyin.

Şu telefon uygulamasından kaynaklanan sorun çözülmüş. Başka şeyler çıkmış bu sefer.
