Anyway, I think English can be improved like math or any other lessons. You might say, "What relevance," but that's the way to learn something you don't know. Our country has taught us math and other classes for hours, and we have learned no matter how much time it takes. We learned because we were exposed to them for hours. Of course, if you don't like math or try to learn it, you won't be able to learn.
Lastly, I think we need to expose our lives to English.
