Why should I learn German?

My English is in average level. In my school, we have German lessons. Should I learn this language?

No, you shouldn't.

If you don't planning to live in Germany you don't need to.

I don't think you can learn German just from school. Lectures won't be enough to make you learn German because it's only being taught to make you pass exams. If you wanna learn it more practically you need some external sources like courses.

Also, I recommend you learn a 3rd language, it surely will help you in your future but don't rely on school, learn it yourself.

If you are going to be an engineer except Computer Engineering, World's engineering capital is Germany. There are a lot of great companies in Germany and you can work for them if you learn German.

Do you think about be an engineer? If answer is yes learn German. Also you can learn Japanese. This is my advice and you should do it because this countries are capitals of the engineering field.

Instead of learning German, i think you should improve your English first my friend. Speaking English fluently is much better than speaking two different languages non-fluently.

Yes you should because german language is most important 4. language.

There are more important languages all over the world that could contribute to you actually. To learn German will not be easy task especially with confine facilities. I haven't seen anybody claiming that German should be learned even if your plans is different. Spanish would be better for worldwide, I think. Also, Finnish and German are not similar languages no matter how the two countries close in terms of location.
