Support site and see if you are able to update your region of residence via that site?
Keep in mind for VALORANT, if you need to update your shard in addition to your region of residence, changing your shard will remove all the progress you’ve made in VALORANT. Here is the full list of what will be lost after the shard change:
- Transaction history
- Tutorial status
- Match History
- Experience gained through missions
- Contract Progress
- All in game content (skins, player cards, buddies etc.)
- Rank Progression
Meanwhile, all of your purchases will be refunded as VALORANT points again on your new shard.
